My goal is to help people build strength, confidence, and long-term health through personalized training that fits their life — not a generic template. Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it should never feel like a chore — it should feel like building something you’re proud of.

who am i?

I’m Coach Wyatt — a certified personal trainer and exercise physiology student at the Florida State University (go noles!). I’ve spent the last five years training, learning, and refining what works — not just in textbooks, but in real life.

Like a lot of people, I’ve dealt with setbacks: knee pain, back issues, sprained ankles — the kind of stuff that sidelines your progress. Through smart training, trying many new things, mobility work, and consistency, I’ve rebuilt my body and performance. I’m now pain-free, moving well, and able to dunk a basketball pain free — something I never thought I’d be able to say after dealing with patellar tendonitis in both knees.

I’m certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), an NCCA-accredited organization, and plan to pursue a doctoral degree in physical therapy or chiropractic medicine after finishing my undergrad.

My mission is simple: help people build strong, functional, and athletic bodies — no matter their starting point — with training that actually fits their needs, availabale equipment (even none!), and goals.

How I coach

Coaching with me means we’re in this together. I collaborate closely with you to create a training plan that fits your unique goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You’ll be informed and involved every step of the way, so you understand why you’re doing each workout and can provide input to mold the program to you.

Every plan is fully customized, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate your wants and needs. We’ll track your progress, adjust as we go, and keep you accountable through regular check-ins and weekly calls.

Fitness should be empowering and fun, not frustrating or confusing. I’m here to support you, hype you up, and make sure you stay consistent — because long-term progress beats quick fixes, and together, we’ll build something that lasts.

Whether we train in-person or remotely, you’ll have direct access to me for questions and guidance — so you never feel like you’re on your own.
